Terms & Conditions

• This promotion is exclusively available to Cleanpro Plus members.

• Customers who top up RM40 are entitled to receive ONE (1) FREE Drop & Go Bag (Size L).

• Customers who top up RM50 are entitled to receive ONE (1) FREE Drop & Go Bag (Size XL).

• Each customer is entitled to redeem a maximum of ONE (1) Size L Bag and ONE (1) Size XL Bag throughout the promotion period, subject to the qualifying top-up amount.

• Redemption of the free Drop & Go Bag is only valid at selected participating outlets as listed on the Cleanpro website. The redemption is not available at outlets that are not included in the participating outlet list.

• One (1) free bag redemption is applicable per qualifying top-up transaction only.

• Wash, Dry & Fold packages do not include a Drop & Go Bag unless redeemed through this promotion or purchased separately.

• Customers may purchase Drop & Go Bags separately at the prevailing retail prices.

• All free bag redemptions are subject to stock availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Free bags are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credits, or other products.

• Credits topped up into the Cleanpro Plus account are strictly non-refundable. Any request for a refund will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and shall be subject to Cleanpro's sole discretion and approval.
