TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Service Description

  • The Midnight Magic Hours promotion is valid from 27 July 2026 onwards, daily between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
  • Customers who complete a transaction for the Cold Wash service through the Cleanpro Plus App during the promotion hours will automatically receive 50% OFF.
  • The promotion is valid at selected participating Cleanpro Laundry outlets only.
  • The promotion is exclusive to transactions made through the Cleanpro Plus App.
  • No discount code is required. The promotional discount will be automatically applied by the system when the transaction meets the campaign requirements.
  • The promotion is applicable to the Cold Wash service only.
  • Customers must complete the checkout and payment transaction during the promotion period to qualify for the discount.

Pricing and Payment

  • Payment for all transactions must be made via the Cleanpro Plus App.
  • Cash payments are strictly not accepted for transactions made under this promotion.
  • The promotional price is subject to the applicable rates and promotional terms published by Cleanpro.
  • The 50% discount will be automatically applied to the eligible Cold Wash service during the promotion hours.
  • A digital receipt and order confirmation will be provided upon successful payment.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for checking all pockets and removing valuables before placing their laundry into the washing machine.
  • Cleanpro shall not be responsible for any cash, jewellery, documents, electronic devices or personal belongings left in the laundry items.
  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct participating outlet and eligible Cold Wash service before completing the transaction.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the transaction is completed through the Cleanpro Plus App during the applicable promotion hours.
  • Customers must provide accurate information where required for service notifications and transaction purposes.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Cleanpro reserves the right to amend, update, modify, suspend or terminate the Midnight Magic Hours promotion and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Cleanpro reserves the right to change the promotion period, participating outlets, eligible services and promotional mechanics at its discretion.
  • In the event of any dispute, Cleanpro’s decision shall be final and conclusive.

By participating in the Midnight Magic Hours promotion and using the Cleanpro Plus App, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with the above Terms & Conditions.
