Job Description: 

The incumbent will act as the Head of the Marketing Department. He/She will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand reputation and awareness, promote CLEANPRO’s products and services, drive customer engagement, and achieve revenue growth. This role is pivotal in maintaining CLEANPRO’s market leadership and expanding its presence in the self-service laundry industry. His/Her job responsibilities includes, but not limited to, the following:

Marketing and Communication Strategies & Planning

  • Develop and execute effective and comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to achieve business goals and objectives, and strengthen CLEANPRO’s brand position.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Lead marketing initiatives to drive franchise growth and outlet performance.

Brand Management

  • Oversee the management, development and consistency of CLEANPRO’s brand identity and communications across all channels.
  • Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Digital & Traditional Marketing

  • Plan and manage online marketing campaigns, including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing, ensuring optimal Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Execute offline marketing activities such as exhibitions, events, and in-store promotions.
  • Leverage data analytics to track campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Customer Engagement

  • Design loyalty programs and promotions to increase customer retention and repeat visits.
  • Introduce innovative campaigns to boost CLEANPRO PLUS membership and engagement.
  • Gather customer insights through surveys and feedbacks to inform decision made.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market researches and analyses to identify target customers and understand customers’ needs as well as the market’s size, growth, trends, competitor’s activities.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Lead, motivate and mentor the marketing team to deliver impactful results.
  • Collaborate with sales, franchise, operations, and research & development (R&D) teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Build relationships with external agencies, media partners, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements: 

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in marketing related field with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the retail, franchise or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries.
  • Experience and knowledge in handling digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, etc).
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue and growth.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaigns and solutions.
  • Proficient in budget management and delivering ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communications and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, maintain high standards of confidentiality and meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to think strategically and creatively: analyze, synthesize, recommend and take actions.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and other local Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
