Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by achieving sales targets for laundry machines, chemicals, and franchise business opportunities, and contribute to overall company growth.
- Expand the customer base by identifying and engaging new clients and exploring untapped markets.
- Promote CLEANPRO’s products, services and business solutions to potential clients, highlighting their unique value propositions.
- Follow up closely with prospective customers to close sales effectively and efficiently.
- Tailor comprehensive business solutions to meet customers’ needs and present it professionally to the prospective customers.
- Develop, foster and maintain strong, lasting business relationships with customers to achieve sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments i.e. coordinate product delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, etc. to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit timely reports, data, and analyses as required by Company and participate in weekly sales meetings.
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge to support customers and enhance the sales processes.
- Continuously gather market intelligence, including customers’ feedbacks and competitors’ activities, and stay updated on the industry trends to ensure CLEANPRO remains competitive in the laundry industry.
- Share valuable market insights with the Company to maintain relevance and adaptability to the industry trends.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Company.
Job Requirement:
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the laundry or franchise industry.
- FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting sales goals.
- Must have a passion in sales and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must possess own transport (car).
