How Drop & Go Works

Use your existing Cleanpro Drop & Go bag or purchase one that best suits your laundry load size.

Step 2: Choose Your Bag Size & Service

Select the bag size and service package that matches your laundry volume.

Step 3: Drop Off Your Laundry

Place your laundry in the selected Drop & Go bag and bring it to the designated Drop & Go counter during operating hours. Complete your order and payment through the Cleanpro Plus web app.

Step 4: Collect Your Laundry

Once your laundry is ready, you will receive a notification. Collect your freshly cleaned laundry on the same day or the next operating day, depending on your drop-off time and outlet operating hours.

Important Notes

Ensure all garments are suitable for machine washing. Avoid submitting fragile, delicate, or heavily worn items that may be damaged during the washing process.

Do not overfill, compress, or force laundry into the bag. Laundry must fit comfortably within the selected bag size to ensure the best washing results.

Drop & Go services are exclusively available using official Cleanpro Drop & Go laundry bags. Laundry submitted in other bags will not be accepted.

Terms & Conditions of Service

 

Service Description:

Cleanpro's Drop & Go laundry service includes a comprehensive wash, dry, and fold service for your convenience.

 

Drop-Off Procedure:

• Customers may drop off their laundry during Drop & Go operating hours at the designated outlet.

• All laundry items must be securely placed within a Cleanpro Drop & Go Bag.

• Items exceeding the bag capacity or protruding from the bag will not be accepted.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring all items submitted are suitable for standard wash, dry, and fold processing.

 

Pricing and Payment:

• Payment for all Drop & Go services must be made via the Cleanpro Plus Web App or through the DuitNow QR code provided.

• Cash payments are strictly not accepted.

• Pricing is subject to the latest rates published by Cleanpro.

• A digital receipt and order confirmation will be provided upon successful payment.

 

Turnaround Time:

• Service turnaround time may vary depending on outlet operating hours, laundry volume, public holidays, machine availability, peak periods, and unforeseen operational circumstances.

• Customers will be notified once their laundry is ready for collection.

 

Laundry Processing:

• All laundry items submitted within the same Drop & Go Bag will be washed, dried, and folded together.

• One (1) Drop & Go Bag is allocated to one (1) washing machine and one (1) dryer.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items placed in the same bag are suitable to be washed and dried together.

• Customers who wish to separate light-coloured and dark-coloured garments, or wash certain items separately, are required to purchase an additional Drop & Go service.

 

Lost or Damaged Items:

• Cleanpro is committed to handling all items with due care and attention.

• Cleanpro shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, colour fading, colour transfer (colour bleeding), shrinkage, fabric deterioration, or delays arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• Cleanpro is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, weak seams, loose buttons, zippers, pre-existing garment conditions, or stains that cannot be removed through standard laundry processes.

• Any claims regarding loss or damage must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of collection.

 

Pickup Procedure:

• Customers are encouraged to collect their laundry on the same day upon receiving the completion notification.

• All completed laundry must be collected within seven (7) days from the date of notification.

• Proof of collection or order confirmation may be required upon pickup.

 

Unclaimed Items:

• Cleanpro will hold completed laundry for a maximum period of seven (7) days.

• Any unclaimed items after the collection period may be donated, disposed of, or otherwise handled at Cleanpro's discretion as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

 

Customer Responsibilities:

• Customers are responsible for checking all pockets and removing valuables before submitting their laundry.

• Cleanpro shall not be responsible for any cash, jewellery, documents, electronic devices, or personal belongings left in the laundry items.

• Customers must provide accurate contact information for service notifications and collection purposes.

 

Service Limitations:

• Cleanpro reserves the right to refuse items deemed unsuitable for standard wash, dry, and fold processing.

• Delicate fabrics, leather goods, silk, wool, heavily embellished garments, hazardous materials, contaminated items, or excessively soiled items may be rejected.

• Customers shall not submit items containing flammable substances, sharp objects, chemicals, paint, oil, biological contaminants, pet waste, or any prohibited materials.

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

• Refund requests will only be considered in cases of verified service failure.

• Once laundry processing has commenced, cancellations and refunds will not be permitted.

 

Privacy and Data Security:

• Customer information will be kept confidential and used solely for service fulfilment, customer support, and operational purposes.

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• Cleanpro reserves the right to amend, update, modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
